Mr. Norton has been practicing in the area of personal injury and negligence law for over 18 years. He is licensed in the state and federal courts of Colorado in addition to being a licensed Utah attorney. Mr. Norton received his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University Law School in 1991. In 1988 Mr. Norton graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Administration with an emphasis in Personnel/Human Resource Management. He has a minor in Economics. Mr. Norton draws upon his background in psychology and human resources when negotiating cases, selecting juries and dealing with claims adjusters and defense attorneys.
